What does a standard yacht charter come with?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, obligatory safety gear, fuel, and standard refreshments. Items included may vary depending on the service—for example, sunset tours come with superior beverages and snacks while business charters come with meeting spaces and specialized catering.
When should I make a reservation?
To ensure availability, we suggest making a reservation at least 2–3 weeks in advance, or 4–6 weeks in advance for corporate events and special celebrations, particularly during the high season from May to September.
What will be done if the weather is unfavorable?
Our priority is safety. If our captain assesses weather conditions as unsafe, we are prepared to either reschedule your booking for another available date or issue a complete refund. Weather conditions are monitored very closely, and we'll inform you if the outlook is uncertain 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure.
May I bring my own food and drinks?
Certainly, you are permitted to supply your own food and drinks. We also provide excellent catering options and can personalize menus. Please be aware that for safety purposes, glass containers are disallowed onboard.
Can people with mobility issues access your yachts?
We aim to be inclusive for all our guests. Some of our vessels are more equipped for easy access than others. We ask that you get in touch to talk about specific accessibility needs, and we will suggest the most appropriate yacht and organize any necessary arrangements.
Could you explain your policy on cancellations?
For cancellations made over 72 hours prior to departure, a full refund is issued. A 50% refund is given for cancellations made between 24 to 72 hours. We cannot refund cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure unless the cancellation is due to unsafe weather conditions or mechanical failures on our end.
